According to the established long-standing tradition, thematic seminars and meetings were held at the exhibition. Our Union was invited as a participant at the seminar, which was held by all-Ukrainian public organization the "Ukrainian Union of Manufacturers of planting material."  The theme of this year seminar was "Peculiarities of using nursery products in the landscape design and gardening" which is a topic issue for our Organization. Moreover, the importance of goals which were set by the organizers of a seminar - the establishment and strengthening of ties between Ukrainian nurseries, garden centres, landscape architects and Ukrainian public organizations, which unite landscape architects, designers and landscapers - all these goals were understandable to the members of all public organizations which were invited to take part in such seminars as: "Guilds of Landscape Architects" and "Kiev landscape club."

The report of the "International Union of Landscape creators" was represented by the Chairman of the Board - Duritskaya Irina. In her report, she was talking about the first year of the IULC existence as an organization, exactly one year ago at the same seminar which had a title "All-Ukrainian Union of Manufacturers of planting material" the presentation of our Union was held.

Message about the successful work of the regional offices, especially in Zaporozhye, Cherkassy, ​​Rivne and Mykolaiv branches caused a lively and genuine interest of the audience, as the operation of any non-governmental organization is evaluated by its general activity.

From the rostrum of the seminar the congratulations were made to Vasilyeva T.N. - the member of the IULC - an author and a director of the project "Green Country. - A school museum of the landscape art in the open air."   

The program which was jointly developed by the PO "Green Movement of Zaporozhye" and had already began its work, had received a partial support from the International Fund "Vozrogdenie "(Revival) and the Charity Fund "Krona" (Crown).

This year students of the leading specialized universities of Ukraine - our future landscape architects and designers, experts in forestry, were invited at the seminar. That is why they were especially interested in that very part of the report, which was about the future plans of the IULC - seminars, participation in the festivals, contests and various promotions.  Many programs of the IULC consider an active participation and support of young people, within the framework of the Union activities, stated at the seminar (future and those which are realizing at the moment).

The logical continuation of the report at the end of the seminar was an informal conversation between a reporter and participants, during which they were exchanging by the contact information, phone numbers and plans for mutual cooperation.
