A general election meeting of members of the public organization "International Union of Landscape creators"

A general election meeting of members of the public organization "International union of landscape creators" took place on the 23rd of February, 2013 at the conference hall of the International Exhibition Center in Brovarskiy Avenue.

 

There were 13 delegates at the meeting - members of representative offices of Ukraine and the city of Kiev.  They summed up the work of the Board and the organization as a whole for the year 2012, listened to the report of Svetlana Volkova - the President of  the IULC "On the priority activities for the reporting period, the perspectives for further development and the range of activities of NGO "International union of landscape creators" as of 2013, report of a Chairman of the Board - Irina Duritskaya - "The work of the Board for the period from 17/12/2011 to 23/02/2013" and the reports of other members of the Board and the Audit Commission. While making reports, speakers were talking about a hard and effective work that was made by the President and the Board of the organization, with the help of which the level of the IULC, as an international public organization, has been grown up.  From the very beginning they set a challenging task to be a leader not only among other public organizations of Ukraine, but also to be a leader in international landscape, social and cultural life.

 

 Resuming last year results, delegates-representatives of the regional offices made their reports, which informed attendees about the executed work in representative offices and regions in 2012, they also talked about the future objectives and plans and their vision of the role of representative office in the operation and development of the organization in 2013.

 

On the agenda of the meeting the issues except for reporting were raised. They were focused on registration changes in organization for the last year and changes in the organization of the IULC Board.
