Review of the Princess Marie-Sol de La Tour d

Princess Marie-Sol de La Tour d'Auvergne:

"On the whole, the impressions which I received from a visit to Ukraine are very positive. I really liked Kiev and Ukrainian hospitality. I enjoyed the partnership with the international public organization "International Union of landscape creators." The event, which they organized so well, definitely came up to VIP-level. The participants of the seminar are curious people and real professionals! I liked the activeness of audience - they asked a lot of questions on the issue of the reports. All this proves a high level of professionalism and competence of Ukrainian specialists.

The positive thing was that among the guests of the seminar there were the representatives of the National Botanic Garden. We really liked the garden itself, and the specialists who work in it. We were really amazed by a devoted work of Rosary and formal gardens' specialists who are caring for the plants in such a harsh climatic conditions and achieve great results in their work!

Many students and young people attended the seminar, which is also very nice! While talking to them, I realized that they really want to improve their professional experience, train the sense of taste and broaden their outlook. To make this, they need to travel around the world as much as possible and visit the best examples of landscape architecture. In these regard my internship program for students in gardens of Ainay-le-vieil castle can be interesting and useful for them.

I am encouraged by a possibility of cooperation between the professional schools - we really need to develop it! And I can see one of the promising ways of our cooperation with the "International Union of landscape creators" - organizing and supporting of educational travels to the best gardens of France. We discussed the cooperation at this level at the meeting at the Ministry of Culture, where the NGO "International Union of landscape creators" was defined by me as the perfect organizer and implementer of the program on the part of Ukraine. We are interested in the mutual exchange of experts (we are talking about the exchange of subject specialists for getting knowledge and experience by them), including Ukrainian museums' and parks' employees (with the support of the Ministry of Culture), for whom it will be interesting to find out more about French experience in restoration and carrying of gardens with historical roots as well as with modern elegant gardening and horticultural tourism.

And I hope that the "International Union of landscape creators" will be our active and long-term partner in this direction. "
