Svetlana Volkova, the president of IPO "IULC", has visited the Flower Festival in Madeira, as a part of a self-arranged grand tour...

... The purpose of this tour was not only to have a good rest, but also to see the World, to sink into the beauty of the Nature and to gain a successful borrowed experience! Such an experience is really useful for a real understanding and systematic preparation to the realization of the plans, focused on the organization and conduction of such kind of a festival in our country! ...

...I was lucky enough to be a witness of the grandeur event and to evaluate the complexity and many sidedness of the festival, to make photos and video footage and to take place in the front row for a few hours before the parade! I should admit that Madeira is a real paradise, rich with its flora! But aren't we able to conduct such kind of event in Ukraine? - that was the main question that "stuck" in my mind, when we went up to the highest point of the Saint Catherine park, after looking at the parade.  Don't we have talented people in Ukraine, devoted to their profession? Can the flowers, growing on our territories captivate by their beauty? Aren't Ukrainians worse of the same kind of holiday, which furthermore can captivate many tourists from other countries for the acquaintance with our wonderful Ukraine?"

The main thought was "grown" and "voiced." Now we only have to find a support of followers and enthusiasts, in order to have an opportunity to realize all these ideas! If you feel a power and desire to participate in the implementation of the idea - to make a similar festival in Ukraine, contact the Executive Board of the Organization with your proposals. And, maybe, in a few years with our common efforts we will create something suchlike, something that we will be able to admire, and will make our children and grandchildren proud of their country and will pick up and continue the excellent tradition, started many years ago on a tiny island in the Atlantic Ocean!
