The project "Making Green Heart of the Planet" was presented in Ukraine for the first time. "Ecoclasters" as fundamentally new approach to the concept of urban greening program" was introduced on the first International Conference "Municipal greening" dedicated to the greening problems of modern urban areas, which took place on the 9-10th of April, 2013 as a part of exhibition «Flowers & HorTech Ukraine & CIS». The report was presented by Volkova Svetlana, the President of the non-governmental organization the «International Union of landscape creators." 

...In her report, she has noted that "... the interest to the conference on municipal greening of the IULC is quite obvious - and this is our focus area! Environmental conditions of cities, national parks, historical and cultural complexes, the level of landscaping of our yards and playgrounds are those issues which bother us very much and can not remain indifferent. We have discussed those concerns many times at our meetings, looking for possible ways of plans' realization... 

The idea that was implemented in the project, realizes almost all statutory objectives and goals of the organization and as we were working on a project, this idea has grown into the target concept and has formed into the separate program for urban greening, which gave us a completely new approach to the process of its realization, and suggested a modern solution - in the form of ecological cluster - this is a fundamentally new approach to the implementation of urban gardening programs ..." 

The report which was made by the President of the IULC caused an interest and led to an active discussion of initiatives and topics that were touched in it. Conference participants asked many different questions and demonstrated a genuine interest to the discussion of the possible variants and models of project "Making Green Heart of the Planet" realization. Only limitations in time, available for the report, and answers to the questions, stopped spirited debates and constructive dialogue, caused by a discussion on a topic of a report. At the end, it was suggested to organize "round tables" cooperatively, for successful solution of such global and urgent for everybody questions.
